Between Land and Water

I love using inexpensive materials and making dope pieces! This piece was a headache though. I made so many repetitive cuts and figuring out the arch was a lot of work. In the end it was worth it! This piece was roughly 5 feet wide and 3.5 feet tall. The meaning.... pretty literal. It has to do with birth (fetal position, water, cleansing, purity, etc), life (the ground we walk on, the plants we plant and consume,the things we see, memories we make, etc) and everything in between.
